difference between 90-93 and 94-95 cams

I've been looking at aftermarket camshafts and have noticed that most cams and gears are for the 94-95 models. whats the difference? what can I do to get the 94-95 style cams and gears on my 90 style engine.

I don't know about 94, but 95 heads are the 48P and if I'm not mistaken, the intake gears are adjustable
