Difference between 2002 Pathfinder VQ35DE and 2002 350Z VQ35DE?

I have a 2002 Nissan Pathfinder SE that needs a motor and I found one out of a 2006 Nissan 350Z will this work specs:V6

95.5 mm Bore

81.4 mm Stroke

Forged steel connecting rods

One-piece cast camshaft

Engine # VQ35-967572

Part # 10102-AM8M1

Manufactured 9-06

Made in Iwaki, Japan

What is different on this motor from my pathfinder.

the 350z motor I found is out of an 06 model.

The Maxima and 350Z engines are almost the same aside from different castings on the block for the engine mounts, so just about all the information in that thread applies.

Naturally the intake manifolds are different too, and I think the starter is mounted on the opposite side of the engine, but that's it...
