I know both motors are VQ35DE motors but what's the difference between the two? I'm sure one of the differences is the ECU tunning. And if so, what's different about the tuning. Cams, different piston arm lengths? Sorry if these questions sounds newbish. Is there a tutorial or write up on this already? Trying to do research between the two to see if it's feasible to do a swap or just get brian crower cams and re tune the engine with and AEM EMS..

im not sure but i believe that the compression ratio was different on the two motors, also i think the cams were a tad larger for the 350z/g35 i have a set of 350z cams for sale if you want them.

Any updates on this? I know someone who as a set of TOMEI cams out of a 06 350z that he just just put a supercharger on and chose to put a different set of cams in. Will it work on the coupe or not....
