diff in single cam exhaust and duel cam

ok im a little lost , the stock header on my s13 is 4-2-1 . but every de ive seen has a 4-1 header. is there a diff between the ka24e and ka24de exhausts?

also does a s14 exhaust mount up to the s13 chassis?thanks in advance for any help
