I just picked up an s14 vlsd to put in my s14 and one if the circlular bushings towords the driveshaft is missing. So I was wondering, can I pop one out of my open diff and push it into the vlsd? Or does it not work like that.

Yes, they slide in and out with little to no problem.

You will have no problem swapping them.
