Diference between a automatic tps and a manual tps?

Hey guys, i got a 92 coupe with a KA24DE, with a five speed swap. Now my question is: is there a difference between a auto TPS and manual TPS? and if there is do i need to change out the wiring harness and ecu to put the new TPS. I order a new TPS that's auto since the car was auto. I'm stuck and yes i searched and nothing..can some one put me on the right track...

I would say yes since the AT part# is 22620-45V00and the manual one the part# is 22620-53F00

just a FYI... i used the auto TPS when i did the 5 spd conversion on my s13. i didnt notice anything different and the voltage checked out right within factory spec.

3 wire vs 6 wire

Difference is like 80 bucks. AT uses 6 wires like senor greeneyes said, but it's basically 2 plugs with 3 wires each. I have a 5sp conversion as well, and I am running the auto TPS because I didn't feel like switching them out. If you need to replace it get the 5sp TPS because it's cheaper, you will just not plug in one of the plugs. Car runs the exact same.
