i still have stock ca thermostat and i want to make sure the engine warms up before fist fan comes on. what should i set 2nd fan to come on. i live in VA so summers do get hot.
the problem is i think i had them set too low so when i turned car off the fans stayed on longer than 2 minutes. they stay on for 6-8 minutes. the needle never goes past halfway on gauge either. i have new ecu temp sensor and gauge sensor too, just to cancel them out as problem.
idk i believe the fans stay on till core temp gets down to the turn on temp.
DIF FAN CONTROLLER INSTALLED: what temps to set fans to come on?

190 F is a good ballpark, then have them shut her off when it hits 170 or 180. Might keep them on a while though. Hell I have no idea. I just have a knob I turn to set the temp on mine. It gives me no precision at all.

Haha my car uses a minuscule lawnmower battery, no running e-fans after the car is off for me!
