dif dan controller + altima or taurus fan(s)???? Searched

I plan on switching to electric fans using a dif dual fan controller to run them... the specs on the dif are up to 30 amps total (or 15 to each fan)... is this sufficient for the taurus fan on low which ive heard is plenty for a stock ka24de, or is that to much draw for the fan controller? or would the altima fans be a better choice? anyone know how much amps the altima draws on full speed? I live in st.louis missouri which can see 100+ degree weather in the summer. Ive searched for weeks and cannot find what im looking for... thanks!
