Diesel Conversion for a QX56....

Hello all new here...I have a question...I came across a decently priced 2004 QX56 with quite a bit of miles on it...120k... for a reasonable price...what I want to know is there any information sites, links speculation about converting a Qx56 to a diesel engine...similliar to what folks are doing with the Land Rovers, Land Cruiser and 4-Runners....

I have found a place that is converting the Land Cruisers and 4-Runner and forerunners using this engine

"Toyota 6 cylinder variants are the 2H, 12HT, 1HZ, 1HDT, and 1HDT-FE. There is a also a 5 cylinder version called the 1PZ that can be used in conversions."

Does anyone know if these engines can be used in the QX56 or the 4.5 Liter that is used in the Nissan Patrol....

Any help on this subject would be appreciated....or let me know if I should post this in the engineering part of the site instead of here...
