Never mind the fact kids like me grew up running behind their grandfather's tractor inhaling diesel!

It should be pretty obvious to scientist by now that puffs of black smoke coming out of anything is harmful to humans. Just tell me how much time I have doc.

I operate and maintain 7 black smoke puffing monsters and I feel just (cough cough) fine!

Yeah ... this one has a lot of small businesses up in arms. Half their fleets in many cases do not conform, and the cost to change over means that many of these companies will go out of business.

In some cases in these rules, the technology to implement some of the rules does not even exist.
