diehard lawnmower battery?

hey i have brand new diehard lawnmower/tractor battery and i want to use it with my SR20DET w/ HPI frontmount instead of relocating my big battery to the trunk. ive heard of alot of people doing this and i was just wondering if you think itd work? i basically have no stereo or any of that electronic crap...

as long as it can provide sufficient power to crank the motor reliably, it will work fine

should work. just need enough amps to turn the starter. odessy makes some good small light batteries. i think they go by the genisis name as well. i'll be getting one as funds become available.

i've heard of countless ppl using motorcycle/lawnmowers/boat batteries, so I see why not...

Make sure its 12 volts. Some of those other things run on 6 volt systems I think.
