You and me, both, man. I've looked everywhere, from ebay japan to wierdo hobby shops...no Maximas to be found. I'd pay good money for a 1/18th die cast third gen, first gen, or '79 Datsun 810.

The closest thing I've found is this model of the wierdo Australian Maxima (which is really a Teanna--which itself is basically our Altima).

Check out this link for other datsun models, though.

If you ever find any, let me know.

I've looked before and have never found anything. If you find something at some point, let us know.

I've actually seen a 4th gen Die cast model before, but they never made a 5th gen. I've look for years and I used to have some contacts in the model bizniz in Narita Japan but they could not find anything.

Nothing much. JUST go finished moving to Minneapolis. Started training for my job and Oana stated school. What's up with you Matt. How's married life treating you :D

OH. I forgot to mention I've also seen a white 3rd gen die cast. I'll try to see if i can dig up pictures... and see if my contact still has connections. He retired from models after a mild stroke.

The 3rd gen model is made by some dutch company, IIRC. The model is the UK version (different grill). I have seen pics of a few of them, but I don't have one. They popl up on ebay every so often.

Things are going good. Just received an offer on her house so we can finally get all her stuff moved over here instead of acting as house decorations. Since the house is pretty much gone, I am just now starting to look for a G35 coupe
