did the 2004 M45 come with lifetime sirius radio?

Bought my 04 used a few months ago and the satellite radio still works. Is it free or what? I like it though, howard stern and the comedy channels make it worth it.

I have a '07 M35 that had a 90 day free trial on the satellite radio, which I never bothered to renew.

I'm guessing you're riding out the end of the previous owner's contract. I got a couple months free when I bought the car, but have been paying ever since.Enjoy it while it lasts! After dealing with Sirius customer service/accounts depts for a couple years, wouldn't be surprised if they never shut you off

I figured I'm just using up whats left on the original contract but I hope they don't shut it off. If they do I'll just subscribe anyway. I love it on long trips. So much better than regular radio.

yes Sirrus offered lifetime sat radio in 2003 -2004 . Its with the radio not the subscriber. It appears Infiniti offered this option in some Premium Plus pkg.

For what it's worth, I've had free satellite radio since I bought my car 6+ months ago.

Yep...I had my 2004 Sirius on for a year this past March. This week, it was turned off for some reason.

Agree...he seemed the type to overlook that sort of thing. I bet the credit card on file finally expired.

I'll probably call Sirius and find out the status soon.

So we collectively think that if installed, it did not automatically come with a lifetime subscription but lifetime could be purchased and that purchase would be per unit?
