I did some more testing on my MAF circuit, and this is what i got. Power to the MAF was 12V when i ground it right to the battery, but There seemed to be a bad ground going back through the plug(only getting 3.5V) Sometimes when i would test it at different parts of the circuit I would get 10V but that seemed to be a fluke. traced the ground all the way back to the ecu, where i even touched my ground lead to the metal pin inside the ecu box, and the biggest drop was 4.5V while i still got 12V when ground to the battery. If i used the ecu ground (pin 50 and 60) i would still get my 12V drop so i dont think its a bad ground TO the ecu. Seems like my MAF curcuit is shot?

btw, i thought last weekend when i tested across the plug i got 12V, but maybe when i switched the power and ground it finally did in the circuit? and seeing i was getting 8V at the signal pin with only 3V drop at the MAF to the ground, there was obviously a short between the power and signal wire which seemed to be in the ecu as well.

when you removed the maf plug did you still get a voltage reading at the ecu signal wire?
