As part of one diagnostic it states to put a plug in pin 37 i believe and other to ground, (MAF testing) once this is done, start the car and let it idle, you should approximately have 1.5v well I'm reading 3.7v what's the deal?

Also someone said that I could have had my b/w wire exposed which is power for alot of things. Well I did a continuity check from the ECU pin all the way to the plugs and had continuity. The specific plugs were the CAS (cam angle sensor) and the MAF sensor.

3.7V / 12V = 1.54V / 5V ...

however, the FSM shows testing at pin 27 not 37, pin 37 is not even used on some models (in europe), but the JDM model does have pin 37 hooked to the MAF just as some european models do.

It is possible that pin 37 is flow referenced to 12V whereas 27 (the one you should test) is referenced to 5V.. in which case the MAF may be reading correct (but need to test 27 to make sure it really is)..

but if they're supposed to test the same (there's no mention in FSM of what 37 should read) then it would mean whatever voltage regulation in the MAF references it down to 5V instead of 12V is shot, and its referencing 12V instead.
