2002 Pathfinder singing:

And now the end is near
So I face the final curtain
My friend, I'll say it clear
I'll state my case of which I'm certain.
I've lived a life that's full.
I've travelled each and every highway,
And more, much more than this,
I did it my way.
Regrets, I've had a few
But then again, too few to mention.
I did what I had to do
And saw it through without exception.

And so with my Pathy singing that song, it's time to say goodbye.
18 years in my driveway, and it's done.
It's going to car heaven later this week. I have one last task I'm asking it to perform, then it's over.
It's been a great relationship, but all things must eventually come to an end.
Good-bye old gal. I'll miss you.

Ya, time sure flies. Can't believe I joined this forum in 2007. Doesn't feel that long.
I remember then how much more active it was.
The R50's were a popular and well liked platform, and the forum had plenty of users, and a few characters.
Seems like all the regular guys and gals from back then are long gone.
I'll still check in now and then, but unfortunately, I am not familiar with Nissans' newer products, so I can't really contribute much anymore.
We had 5 Nissans in the family at one time, but the Pathfinder is/was the last.
My wife and I are both retired now, so we are downsizing to a one vehicle garage.
I had thought about replacing the Pathy, but it just didn't make sense.
I have a 2017 Mazda 6 fully loaded GT that only has 14,000 miles in 3 and a half years. We don't drive much obviously.
The only change I'm contemplating is swapping out the 6 for a midzise SUV. Time will tell how much I miss having the capacity of the Pathfinder.
Cheers to all.

Kudos to all the guys and gals over the years that helped me as well.
This forum has saved me a ton of time and money over the years, and for that I am grateful.
Big problems and niggly small ones. A few examples: The IACV failure and resultant blown ECM. When it happened to me, it was still a fairly unknown issue. Even the dealership didn't know what was going on.
They were all set to change out my ECM, for $1400, plus the IACV and maybe the MAF, plus labour etc.
Ah, no thanks. Found out through this forum that the ECM can be repaired.
Sent it away for the fix, and came back repaired. Has worked ever since. Cost me $250 at the time.
Other little things, like the drivers window dropping four inches when using the auto up button.
Again, asked the dealer what was up, and they were talking about a new motor, limit switches, blah blah blah.
They never mentioned the reset button under the window switches in the arm rest. Five minute process, at zero dollars.
I've done that reset at least once a year. Never a problem.
Other stuff like the death sway, and how to fix it.
Installing fog lights (didn't have them on my model).
Going to junkyards and getting parts and upgrades, which I never would have done if not for suggestions on this forum.
I upgraded my manual cloth seats for leather power heated seats with the help of the guys here.
I could go on, but you get the drift.
Thanks to all.
Cheers and happy trails everyone.
