Did Intake manifold gasket on 00 altima

Now the vehicle won't start.I've checked that it has spark, and it is getting fuel.what could it be?I am stumpedWhat sensors going bad could cause it not to start.The crank and cam should be good as I am getting spark upon startup.

Need more information. Are there DTCs stored? Does it try to start at all or does the engine just spin? Right now I would say it is a sensor that is unplugged or a vacuum leak.

are the fuel lines hooked up correctly? the one front the filter is the feed and the one from the fuel pressure regulator is the return
