did intake gskt, now hi idle???

question for one of the nissan guru's, this is my first nissan.just put an intake gasket on my 01 2.4 w/120k and now it idles at 1050 or so, and when you let off the gas at speed it kind of jerks, does this when i get back on the gas too. i'm pretty sure everything is connected, and it runs way better than it did before i started. i didn't mess with any adjustments, but i did hose out the t/body with generous amounts of carb cleaner. i read while searching that there is a tps adjustment, though since i didn't touch the sensor i would assume that it was ok still.
