did i ran away from a cop??

So long story short

i ran a stop sign, a cop was opposite side of me. he flash me with his spot light, no siren, no loud speaker. I noticed that then i slow down almost to a complete stop. but then i just keep going and headed home. Still no siren, no speaker, he also kept going but i don't know if he was gonna make a U-turn so i went home.

is that a felony?

do cop always pull people over with their siren?

i have had a cop flash his lights as he went past me, i wasnt speeding and there was no were near the car infront of me so i didnt pull over. he didnt come after me though so i have no idea why he flashed his lights?

Yeah, it was just a warning. I've passed cops doing 85 in a 70 and all they did was just flash their spots at me as a warning to slow down. Don't worry about it.

If he had wanted you and you continued on...trust me, he would have found you. They'll go as far as getting you at home if your car is still warm...

I had a cop do that When I was in HS in the school parking lot! I did a few burnouts :oy He said that to me that my car was hot and That I was racing and smoking my tires... I steped back 5 feet from my car and touched his hood on his Crown Vic and said your hood is much hotter than mine! You must have been drag racing other cops on your way to see me!!

I laughted and said are we done yet... Im going to be late for class! then I walked away!

It is a tactic that they use to scare you!

It didn't work and I LOL for the entire day telling the story!

Actually, "it is" is abbreviated as" it's". " Its" is a possesive pronoun.
