did i get the wrong release bearing?

so im comparing my release bearings (their same size just old one is still on the thingie so its higher up) and they dont look the same... did i get sent the wrong part or will this still go on? it looks like it will but i dont wanna mess anythin up heh

The new one looks like the new one I recently put in while the old one does not look like my old one. Where did you buy the new one from? It seems to me like the new one is correct and the old one is incorrect but that would mean that you have been using a bad part. Do you know how long it has been since the last clutch change? Note that I am not a pro at this, it's just what I think.

i last had the clutch changed by the last owner, at 110k miles, im at 120k and the release bearing was bad and i just had the motor out so i decided to put a new bearing in.. it fit on ok so i guess i should b ok now
