Did I do my homework right? Fidanza 143221 for SR20det swap?

Not sure if this is the right place for this but figured with the advanced forum you guys would know your engine swap inside and out. I have a Fidanza NIS13 143221 flywheel that I dont need. Before I advertise it as an option for the 240sx can someone here please chime in and let me know if Ive done my homework correctly?

If you are doing a SR20DET swap this is the part you need if you want a lightened flywheel correct?
