Did cmod jack up their prices for shipping??

From my understanding, members have posted that its $170 shipped on ebay.

Price for it on ebay is $160 + $36 shipping. <-- Coming from HK

Price on cmods site is $160 + $31 shipping.

What's the deal on this? Am I just looking in all the wrong places?
