Did anybody change in-cabin air filter? How hard to replace it by yourself? Any instructions? Another question engine drive belt. It has some cracks already. Any tips how to do it?

How much the dealership charges for this type of work. Thanks.

I changed mine last year. Would've been easy if the latch to the filter didn't pop off. Almost got my hand caught in the little tiny space where the filter goes. If you push it in too far it gets stuck easily. You have to remove the little panel on the passenger's side. Using a filter, look all the way in the back on the left side, you should see a rectangular opening that is only half visible. It was pretty nasty too.

It's a lot cheaper to do it yourself. I think the dealership wanted to bill me a half hour and charge me like twice as much as I paid for the filter. The engine filter I just have the dealership change though, too labor intensive for me.

The filter cost me $8 last year, courtesy of World Parts Express, plus shipping.

Do you have any kind of manual? I just need to know where exactly this filter located...

the engine's air filter? I don't know... it's 10000x easier to change that than the in-cabin filter.
