Did any of the 94 Q45's have heated mirrors?

Does anyone know if it was even an option for 94? If so do you know if it was pre wired without the button? I have a 93 with heated mirrors with and a 94 without. I would like to be on the 94.

On the 94-96 the heated mirror is activated with the defrost switch on the dashboard. There's no button on the mirror switch.
