did all J30's have fob's

i have 93 j30T gold pack and i was wondering if they all came with FOB's if so how do i get a another one for my J

You mean a remote locking/unlocking/panic key fob?

Yes all J's came with them.

To get a fob, go to Ebay. Make sure you get programmig instructions with the fob, as the programming is convoluted. Sort of like stand on your head, insert key in to slot 5 times, open and close the trunk, etc. But follow the steps that you are given, and after a couple of trys it will probably work.

J 30's are great cars -- and one of the most beautiful and distinctive on the road. Sorry I had to sell my 2nd J30 because with old age, I needed higher seating.

I might add the number on the reciever needs to match the number off the FOB.Not sure if its the FCC # or whatever.But they need to match.And I agree the program procedure is a bit odd but I mark it up to Japanese humor.
