Did all coupes come with spoiler?

Mine came with a spoiler and i like the way it looks without it, but it leaves a bunch of holes that will take a bit of work, or money to fill. If they made coupes without spoilers, maybe i could find a trunk lid from a junkyard. Any coupes ive seen in town all have spoilers, so thats why im wondering.

I don't have a spoiler on my coupe:) I kinda want one though... I'm still undecided

Mine came with one also, not all of them did. The ones that didn't come with spoilers have a 3rd brake light in the rear window.

I filled in mine with fiberglass. I still have to smooth it out and paint it.

also, since ive removed the spoiler, the springs on the trunk are waaay over-powered. When i pop the trunk, i have to pull the lever then run to the back and stop the trunk before it slams open. probably wouldnt hurt anything, but its annoying as hell

Mine's the opposite... sometimes when I pull the trunk handle, I just hear a click and I'll go back and my trunk won't have even unlocked. It opens about 50% of the time though.

Anyone know how to fix this?

I believe all the SE/XE came w/ a spoiler while the base edition did not have spoiler.

I have a 89 and a 90 and the 90 did and the 89 didnt. same trunks. I have the trunk and am not using it if anyuone wants it. it has no wing and no holes. i dont think it has any real marks, but it is black
