DId a sohc to dohc swap. Running into problems

1st problem, not getting any spark after i did the swap. What i have is a '90 body with pretty much everything that is from a 90 in it. The only differences is that i have a '93 dohc motor with the 93 harness from a SE and the Ecu. The car has no Spark coming from it. I check the coil and it is still good. I check the ignitor i think it is still good. When i turn on the acc, the ECU lights goes on with the green and red. I re-did the wiring before i started it. I only got 5 or 6 wires plug in. yellow-green, yellow-red, black, orange and blue or blue-black i think. Am i missing something? is there anyway to check to see if the wiring harness is bad or maybe the Ecu is not reading? Need some help. There is no spark coming out and i did a tune up also.

no spark at all? pull out distributor but leave it plugged in to everything. turn ign on and spin the distributor. you should get some clicking solenoids and injectors and stuff. if you do then the prob is after the dist because it is doing its job. try that and let me know.
