did a little painting while i wait to get my car back

firgured since i had nothing better to do for the last 2 days, i'd make the CA look a little bit better before I put it in.



I'm thinking the entire engine bay is going to be the color of the timing covers (Hammered Black from Rustoleum). The valve covers didn't come out as well as I would have liked, and I'll probably end up taking them back off, stripping the paint, and painting them again. You can see in one of the pictures how it just flaked off when i tightened the screw.

SR T25 turbo?

Are you using the CA output arm or the SR one? The little flangy thing that has 3 bolts that connects the turbo to the hotpipe. I can't find any info if my CA one will work on my T28.

I just painted my engine bay before I put my KA back in. I used the Gloss Black spray paint from Autozone. It came out badass.
