did a compression test

I have 90k mileage sohc ka that I would like to turbo on stock internals, boost 7 psi, upgrade the fuel system and ecu, but my compression is... thiis,and I need to make sure if i'll be alright with these numbers.. here they are..

cylinder 1. 160cylinder 2. 150cylinder 3. 160cylidner 4. 155

so someone please let me know what ya think about those number, and also i'm having this weird hissing sound, with a slight tick with a little tap when my car idles to 700rpm and when i rev to 1 grand and hold it there it makes the sound, but when i rev higher to 2, 3, and 4, grand and when i hold the revs there at those high numbers it does not make the sound, what could this mean?

thats is fine just make sure you have good tunning or keep your eye on your a/f gauge

cool any ides about my hissing sound, slight tick or tap sound? it comes from like around the spark plug area.

never mind i fixed it.. the spark got messed up.
