I have a 2013 Nissan Altima with single climate control and I bought the dual climate control and the plugs don't match can I replace the plug or do I need a new pigtail. Any idea to help on this would be greatly appreciated.

It's not possible to do that by just swapping the control panel. It's too prohibitive to make the entire swap, but there is a simpler solution with a module that costs about $50 dollars. Even that requires quite some fabrication.
