Diagnostic code P0463

Just got a service engine soon light. Code reads P0463 "Fuel level sensor A circuit high input"

Anyone else get this yet? Off to the dealer next week. Just looking for some ammo if they only want to do a reset and call it a day.

google search indicate as "fuel gauge sending unit". some versa 2007 are having fuel pressure regulator problem.

Yeah, I don't have the long crank issue that's caused by the regulator.

There's a service bulletin for the X-Terra and Rogue for the DTC P0463 which calls for either a new ECM or a sending unit. Maybe they haven't had enough issues with the Versa yet.

That's possible, since this is the first time I've heard a board user report that error code.

Fundamentally there's not going to be much of a difference between the way the different models work. The individual parts may work better/worse, which is probably why one model has a TSB on it while another doesn't.
