Can anyone tell me the wiring diagram for the sensor? I know the ground is not connected to the sensor but that leaves one wire and two terminals on the knock sensor itself. Are they both connected to the wire or just one?

Just one. There is only one wire running the entire length from the ECU to the sensor.
