check out this useful calculator:it'll calculate the turbo flow and HP for your engine. try sellecting different turbo maps according to your power goals...http://www.turbofast.com.au/turbomap.html

Here is a spreadsheet I created to do the math. Just enter the engine displacement, the volumetric efficiency, and the boost pressures you want to plot and it will fill in the spreadsheet.
