Took the car to get detailed this morning, added a paint sealant. This colors attracts too much dust. Also been driving it everywhere, and I officially hit the 1k mile break in today. And I can assure you that it is quicker than the 2.5. I know that was brought up a little in my last thread. It also handles better than my 2.5 on coilovers with rear swaybar and endlinks.
Any who, here are a few pics:

Dude it's so nimble. The only complain I have is the stock rubber, so I'll upgrade to stickier tires soon. Do yourself a favor and test drive one :)

Funny you said that, I was at the Scion dealership and the Subaru dealership on Friday and they didn't have those cars in stock. Had to get on a 6 day waiting list for the Subaru or wait until October for the Scion. Was hoping for a test drive to see what all the fuss was about...

Where I got mine, the dealer received 4 autos and 1 manual. I was their 2nd buyer. Got lucky with getting the manual. The autos were sold right away too.

Thanks!
The interior is not the best, but I can live with it. Love the seats and steering wheel though. The car overall feels solid.

Id rather get a NISMO 370 or GTR. As for your tires...what do you expect... they'e using the same tire size as the prius... Just sayin... :tisk:

Yeah who wouldn't want those cars. 25k vs 40k+
Yeah they're the top of the line prius tires, they're pretty expensive actually. Nonetheless they're still not great, I can get some stickier ones for cheaper than those.

My bad for comparing apples to oranges...

As for the tires, it's not the compound, it's the sidewall. Consider upgrading the rims and smaller profile tire. I'm sure you'll feel the difference right away.

I found it interesting that the national average "on the dealer lot" time for a vehicle is 52 days (from delivery to the dealer to sale is made and new owner takes delivery). Right now, the average lot time for a BRZ or FRS is 4 days. Gives you an idea how fast these cars are moving.

Likely will be a while before you can test drive one. They're going to see out for this model year without a doubt. The Subaru is already sold out in the Japanese market for this year.

Scion FR-S tire size: 215/45/17
Prius: 215/45/17
Altima stock tire size (prior to facelift): 215/55/17

Yeah right..go fgure...the side walls is smaller and yet it handles like crap according to reviews. I'm sure it would handle a lot crappie with 55's..

So I was driving home today and almost got side swiped by some idiot who thought it was cool to drive all fast behind and then merge to his left at the last moment ( literally passed inches away from me). As if he wanted to show me up

Edit: I had my mom in the passenger side, so I wasn't speeding in any way.
So I didn't provoke anything, just saying
