I have a problem with my Oil feed to my turbo, for some reason it seem as if i'm getting to much oil pressure going into the turbo and it isnt draining out in time, and the oil just spill out of the turbo. what could be wrong? I know you guys are going to ask me what AN fitting i'm using but crap I forgot haha. I try to put a Restrictor on the oil line but it just spill out at the restrictor end and still spill out at the turbo end.. I know my drain pipe isnt clog so thats not a problem. What could be wrong? Help i'm in desperate needs.

Well I know that my Drain isnt clog because I replace the oil put 4 qt in it and took out the return pipe and put it in a 5qt contaner and started the car up, oil still spill out at the Feed fitting while it is still draining into the bottle. Its spilling out the same amount as it was when the drain pipe was plug into the oil pan.

And this is a new install. Everything is vertical, I even clock the turbo so that the Feed and return is vertical, and I tapped my oil sending unit for the oil feed. I'll take some pictures tomorrow

oil spills out of the turbo? where at on the turbo? even if you didn't have a restrictor, and the lines were tight to the fittings, there shouldn't be any oil spilling anywhere.

Maybe your return line is too low on the pan and blocking the return (gravity is a *****). You can try running 1 qt low, but if this is really your problem, you should get a new oil pan.

its leaking where the fitting and the feed hols meet even tho the fitting is at least 1" inside the turbo it still leaks out its about 1 a.m. here in salt lake utah so I cant take pictures but here's a drawing of what I'm talking about.

I dont think it is the oil pan tho because I drilled it 4" back from the front and all the way up top as close to the oil pan lip as I can get it.

looks sort of like the dog's bollocks. lol

j/k good drawing though. you DO have a clamp around that feed line, right? i get a slight bit of leakage in the area too, but definitely not spilling out. i attribute it mostly to using crappy rubber hose and synthetic oil. i've read synthetic oil is prone to small leaks...just enough to notice oil on the surface.
