can someone tell me the specs on these rims?brand, offset, width, tire size etc.

Rota P45R, im gonna guess 17x9.5 +12 all around.....tire size... 225or 235 40 17???

Those are 18x9.5 +15's with 225/40/18 he also has the fenders rolled
