I searched here and 240sxforums.com along with google and still havent found it.

how do you depressurise the ka24e? i just bought an 89 and 90 fastback and one has a rod knock, so i am about 1/2 way to tearing the motor out (have a few sensors, exhaust, a/c and power steering along with unbolting transmission) and i need the fuel lines off so when i pull the motor.

also anyone have a good writeup to removing a/c and p/s ? i would like to avoid releasing freon.

if needed, i can call my boss to bring the tow truck and take it to the shop and empty it, but if thats not needed then help on those 2 would be great also.

If it will still run pull the fuel pump fuse start it and it will burn the fuel up in the line. AC compressor just unbolt the compressor from the block without removing the lines and push over to the side. You can tie it up to the side to hold it in place. If it won't run and has been sitting for an extended time it really won't have hardly any pressure in the fuel line.
