Hey guys,

Normally I never bash a company but I really feel the need to let you know not to make the same mistake I made by dealing with these jerks.

I purchased headlights from them back in August of 2009 and I waited almost a month for them to arrive with no contact from them about shipping or even a "Thanks for your order" or anything of the sort. When they did arrive, a part was broken and they replied trying to say that it must have been damaged in transit by the carrier which it was not. It was clearly damaged when it left the warehouse because the broken piece was in the middle of the box.

I contacted them several times and got no reponse and finally when they did respond I only got one sentence replies that did not answer any of my questions. The said they sent a replacement and that it must of got lost which I do not believe. I get things through the mail all the time and nothing ever gets, "lost." They offered a refund but I was even scared to send them back for fear that they would say that they never got them or some other crap that seems to be in all their answers.

They say that they will send another one and of course I haven't heard from them in the past 11 days. No response, I'm so surprised!

Please, I ask all of you to save yourself the anger and DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE A$$HOLES!! They have the worst customer service I have ever experienced and they do not even have a phone number you can call to check up on your order. I have dealt with a huge list of businesses and this is by far the absolute worst out there!

These are the three companies they oversee:http://www.depoautolights.comhttp://www ... odoors.com

Nothing but total FAIL here!

Wow, they seem pretty shady.

Have you ever heard of a tracking number? Because you can see if it has been lost or what have you via that.

I would send them pictures of the broken items, have them refund you and THEN SEND IT BACK with a tracking number. If they do not agree tell them you are reporting them to the Better Business Bureau.

They do not seem to know what a tracking number is because I've never seen one and I have asked them quite a few times about a tracking number but they always "avoid" that question when they respond.

I do not want to even try to send the headlights back to them because I already know they will not refund my money before I send them back.

I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau no matter what happens now as they have been just plain rediculous through all of this. I just love their "one liner" responses to my emails and they pick and choose when to reply to them.

I filed a formal complaint against DepoAutoLights with the Better Business Bureau on January 26th. I will attempt to keep an update.
