My Q60 has evidenced dents in the top next to the break line between front and back of top break.

Infiniti says the top is adjusted properly and will not repair the damage or the top operation.

I have noticed this complaint going back to 2009 on the G27 convertible.

Wonder how many others have had this problem and has Infinity taken any responsibility?

yeah, there have been plenty of reports of this happening. I assume Infiniti is saying something you did is the cause of this? I would call BS and push back. The more you start escalating this issue the quicker you can get it resolved.
