dented window Trim

Hey everyone. Well i just bought my 240sx about 2 weeks ago and my biggest problem with the car is the window trim is all dented up. what are my options with this, Remove them and try to bondo them or sumthing, find some replacements or what. and also how do u even remove them. I did a search and one post came up on how to remove them but the pics didnt show up. any help would be Very appreciated cuz this really bugs the **** outta me.

Try posting a pic...is kind of hard to visualize the problem, also more info like year, which window...etc....
