never tried it but for some reason I would not trust much. If it is just a ding you can pop out you should be able to do it without that if not that it will be visuall after you do the work.

Somebody probably used it before and can givve you an answer.

knew someone who got that and it didn't work at all. I guess it's like everything else Billy Mayes sells.

This really is nothing new and to an extent they will work but only on certain types of dents and possibly only on certain vehicles. Most I have seen and a couple I have used basically work like a windshield puller. Basically you bridge the dent and then you pull the dent out with another suction cup sometimes attaching via superglue. It just depends on the dent and its willingness to be pulled out.

Most of the time I have had better luck working from the other side rolling them out, sometimes with as little as a spoon. Important in any case is temperature if you want to maintain the paint.

Another method I have seen demonstrated involves induction heating which if done carefully can also preserve the paint.

don't do it... i purchased that thing to take out a small ding and ended up with three... those two supports at the both ends gaved me two new dings... just go to "bumperdoc".. that's where i ended up going... dings need to be pushed from the inside not pulled from outside
