Dent question

Ok, there's this car on sale and I see a dent done to the front of the S14 (emblem area) that knocked the Nissan emblem off. It's not very big. In fact, I think it's as small as a coffee cup plate. Do yal think it's a big deal or no? Would it affect the performance in anyway? Lifespan? If there should be no major problems, then what about possible minor problems?
