I recommend NGK V-Power copper plugs. RB motors really seem to like the coppers....you have to change them more often but they react real nice to coppers.
My rb20 seems to love the irdiums now. It ran ok with the ngk copper but i kept getting misses and having to replace plugs on random cylinders. Never use platnium plugs. The rb's seem to hate the platinum. The bosche platinum cant really be gapped and would miss from the first day u put them in. I had some champion platinum plugs that i gapped to .8mm and one day on the track and it melted the center electrode on #1 cylinder plug and who knows whe3re in my engine the end dissappeared too. I say stay with the iridium. I have heard nothing but good things about them.
Yes I agree, I have tried Platnum, and Copper and the Iridium seems to work much better, I have HKS Iridiums, they dont cost as much as you think...but it made a difference. Heat rating 8.
