:help I have a 90 nissan 240sx stock with ka24e engine. I checked denso's catalog and surprise they didn't make a iridium for the single cam engine. I went back to work and checked out the denso iridium plgus which were available for the dohc engine. I compared the denso iridiums for dohc engine and a regular denso plug for the sohc. They both came out to the same size and thread size. Finally here's the question, will it damage the motor if i put the denso iridiums in the sohc motor? :help

it just lasts longer, it dosent make a hotter spark or anything. you could compare it to why azenis sport are cheap vs some super treadwear tire that lasts forever and has crappy grip. copper plugs spark better but they go bad quicker, but who cares on a 240, it is a piece of cake to change the plugs and it costs like 3$

The denso's are warrantied to 100k and I think the NGK's are around there too.

I think they're worth it. I noticed quicker throttle response and better top end on my 92 Celica GT.
