well i owned this coupe for about 5 years and all i did to it was completely take it apart down to the bare shell. ive always had ideas for it but i just kinda lost interest in the car so i forgot about it. but now i want to build it up. it might take awhile but im in no rush. i just want to have a coupe that mimics old bn-sports and 326 power demo cars. the car will have a kade with bolt ons ,just so i can get use to the car then i'll up the power via a holset or a swap. the chassis is going to be fully stich welded, cage and other things. but i'm going to focus more on the exterior of the car for now. more details to come late on tonight.

advise is welcome!

the only starting advice i can give you is make it drivable and street worthy and reliable first and foremost.
dont bother with the sohc if your going to swap afterwards anyway. decide what motor you want to run and go with it. dont cheap out on suspension parts, itll come back to haunt you. fix any and all rust as best you can now not later. relocate your fender-well harness now so you dont have to do it later. bushings etc. is good to do but dont buy what you wont need after doing suspension work, its just a waste of cash. get a good clutch for whatever your going to run.
and welcome to the site.
240's are a money pit headache of a vehicle but they are good cars and fun to drive.
oh, and dont wreck it.

You need a ton of parts dude. Are you just gonna buy another shell for all that? Oh and I am a mod here :)
