Delta GAS

Hello,

The other day I was in NJ had to take care of something.. I was totaly empty with gas I usually go to sunoco around me there decent price and seems to make the car run nice.. Couldnt find one so decided to stop at a shell.. Well I was pre-occupied by a call I was on filled up my tank and as I drove away I noticed I Was in a Delta and not the shell across the street .. I never even heard of delta anyone use them before?? can 1 tank of gas mess up a engine?? Car seems to be running regular I just tend to always put better grade well known name brands in just curious to hear everyones opinion..

I've never heard of sunoco but you haven't had any issues. I think gas is gas. You'll be fine

Gas is the same; only the additives are different. Premium stations have additives that clean your engine. Cheaper stations have gas with bad additives and can leave gunk behind.

Using premium station gas intermittently will help alleviate bad gas residue.

I live in NJ and I use nothing but Delta gas, I've used Lukoil, Exxon, and Sunoco and my car seems to always run better on Delta's gas.

agreedd.. I live in brooklyn I just made a trip to AC and back on 1 tank and had about 1/2 left when I got home.. I also had to drop my friend off in manhattan on the way back So I guess the gass was fine.. PLus couldnt seee any performace difference so gas is gas

One tank won't make a difference. The myth of brand vs. brand vs. non brand is a whole debate in it's self. Want good gass? Go to a station with high turnover, go in the morning, and never fill up when the tanker is there!
