the Dealership couldn't find one and your contract states No More than XX on Delivery?

Just wanted to see how NICO would handle it, does it make a difference to you. This is my third purchase and I'm usually anal about my purchases but for some strange reason I can let this go. 10, 50 or even 100KM makes no difference to me as long as it wasn't used in a Test Drive, NOT THAT ONE CAN TELL anyways.

I don't think its a crazy big deal. Here in the US we get a mileage statement when you purchase the car saying xxxx amount of miles were on the car when you purchased it. When I bought my new coupe in March they had the wrong mileage. They had 79 miles on the statement but there was 180 or so on the car itself. I mentioned it and they just printed a new one. Probably insignificant but when you're purchasing a car I think its a important!
