Delays on inbound SRs

I just got a container of clips through customs...only took four weeks to clear US customs and an extra $1000. With the high risk of terrorists seaking bad things into our country, customs is paying much closer attention to what is brought in via containers these days. With all the clips stacked in there, they not only searched it, they x-rayed it just to make sure. Cost me a week in Japan and four here in the US. I really hate those F$%^ing terrorists. One thing is for sure, if you are in a hurry, don't think you will get it fast from overseas. Not going to happen.

Where are you at in ATL? If you have a shop I'd love to see it sometime.

Not so much of a shop, more of a warehouse. Mainly deal with the SR20DETs for now. If you need any, let me know. I still have about 12 in stock waiting to go:D

do you do RB25DETs at all? and if so, for how much could you get an R33 clip?

Sorry, no RBs at this time. I do have SRs though. The price is dependant upon condition and how complete the swap is. Most clips I have seen are missing a part here or there. I don't feel it is fair to charge one flat rate for somthing that has as many variables as a used front cilp. The price is roughly market adjusted for the condition. If anyone is interested email me with your specific request (s13 or s14 and what you are planning to do) so I can find the best motor I have to fit your particular needs. I have been involved with some guys who run the 240 at Turner field for autocross, but have not been involved much this year. Planning on going to the National meet in August with the car I am currently building for road racing. I hope to become more involved with the ATL group when things calm down a bit. I have heard some really good things about the group here locally. Are you involved with them?

I kind of doubt any RBs comming in anytime soon. If I had a container hit the water today, I would not have it in my hands for about 7 weeks with transit time and customs searching the snot out of it. I am looking into them though!

If cardinal is wes, or his friend that i am sorry i cannot remember his name, i just bought one of the complete SR clips about 3 days ago and it is in good shape. Guys were good to deal with also, i recomend. I also live in near peachtree city, looking to get involved with the 240sx group though also.
