http://240sx.org/faq/articles/ecm_codes_doch.htm I don't know what up mean by rev up? idle fluctuates? When you step on the gas, it hesitates then goes..I'd just look/clean/inspect the usual suspects, any vacuum leaks, spark plugs/wires,distrbutor rotor/cap,even throttle body maybe its sticking gummed up.

no its not the clutch, the throttle bodys not sticking, just gave it a new tune up(wires,plugs,rotor,cap...etc......)let me see if i can explain this diffrent.ill start up the car,ill lift up the hood, ill open the throttle body with my hand and give it some gas, instead up it "reving" all the way up and and reaching high rpm it sounds like like it wants to bog out and the rpms stay low(even when i have the gas all the way open)this happens when im in the car also.

Check your throttle position sensor. My sohc had the exact same problem and when I changed the tps, it ran beautifully with good throttle response.

how does the car idle? I'm thinkin maybe one of the clamps is not on correctly or something creating a vacuum leak. if it only happened JUST after you put on the intake maybe double check everything for leaks.
