defrost and floor settings funtion....a/c problem

Fan switch works fine, floor and defrost functions work....when it is set on vents only position it blows but just on the floor. Do i need to find a new switch? or is there something to do with a vaccuum line maybe?

prolly the motor on the blower motor vent which controls the flap to direct air in certain directions. or its ur vent switch. who knows? lol online diagnosis only points u in directions its up to u to use the information

Thanks!..going to a salvage yard this weekend to pick up another a/c switch panel(give me practice pulling one and I can change the bulbs in it while I have it out) Will also grab one of the solenoids.... hey..do you know how to pull the cruise control switches???
